My Mission

The primary goal of my real estate business is to be the best advisor I can be for my clients. Buying or selling a home is a significant decision that requires an expert to ensure success. Throughout this process, I want my clients to trust me and feel confident knowing they have an agent who genuinely has their best interests at heart.

I always ask my clients plenty of questions to understand exactly what they want and ensure I communicate with them in the way they prefer. Communication is my number one focus, and there should never be a point where anyone feels confused or worried. All you have to do is call me, and I will either have the answer for you or get the answer for you.

My Values

Integrity, transparency, and dedication to my client’s needs are the cornerstones of my business. These core values allow me to be the best real estate agent I can be. No matter what challenges I face, I am determined to do what it takes to achieve success.

One of my inspirations is the book "Think and Grow Rich," which includes a section about being "3 feet from gold." This concept has taught me never to give up, even when things seem uncertain. It helped me pass my real estate exam after four attempts, save deals I wasn't sure my clients could secure, and maintain a positive mindset in times of uncertainty.

My Story

At first, I wanted nothing to do with the real estate business. I was introduced to it by my mother, who, as of 2024, has been in the business for 18 years. I was 17 years old when I did my first open house, helping her with paperwork and phone calls. It wasn’t until 2020, when the pandemic hit, that I got inspired by watching my mother help families find homes during this uncertain time.

After seeing how hectic the market was, I found myself taking the course to become a real estate agent. I did everything online and took my first real estate exam in early 2022. I failed three times before passing on my fourth attempt, and soon I was able to help families on my own.

If it wasn’t for my mother, Nicole Rouzan, I’m not sure I would have found myself in this business as soon as I did. I was, and still am, very young compared to most agents who join the business. As of 2024, I am 24 years old (if you’re ever wondering my age, just think of what year it is) and have found success in my own transactions. However, I always think of my mom when I consider how I got where I am today. If it wasn’t for her, I would likely be a police officer, as many men on my father's side are in law enforcement.

Now, I am focused on improving my systems and processes. I also feel like I am out of the "learning how to close a deal" phase and into the "improving my business" phase.

My Experience In The Business

(Written on June 27th, 2024 by Brandon Rouzan)

As mentioned above, I got into the real estate business because of my mother. Before I started closing deals on my own, I worked as her transaction coordinator. This position involves handling all the paperwork, scheduling inspections, and maintaining constant contact with the client throughout the escrow process.

In 2021, I successfully helped my mom close over 15 transactions as her transaction coordinator. In 2022, I closed my first deal alongside her, and in 2023, I closed my first deal successfully without her help. Although I knew how to close a transaction as soon as I got my license, there is nothing like having a client who looks to you for advice and assurance. That part you can't be taught; you have to experience it yourself.

Before I became interested in being a real estate agent, I developed skills in recording and editing videos. This has helped me greatly, as I don't have to pay for marketing. I know how to create everything needed to successfully sell a home, including pictures, videos, and print marketing. I also got my drone license in February 2024 to complement my video skills and better market the homes I work on.

For me, 2023 feels like my first real year in the business. Since then, I have built my confidence and improved my systems and processes, and now, in June 2024, I am already doing better than I did in all of 2023. Each year, I have made progress in the business, thanks to starting with the paperwork.

While the paperwork was the least exciting part of the business for me, it helped me truly understand how to serve my clients and made me a well-rounded agent. Below this section, you will find testimonials from clients I have worked with on my own and clients I assisted with my mom or other agents in my office. Each transaction has taught me valuable lessons that are hard to teach, and I am forever grateful to every family that has allowed me and the agents I work with to assist them with their biggest investment.

We all start somewhere in our professions. I didn't do my best work when I first started, but I am grateful for those early mistakes. They have shaped me into a better realtor and marketer. Each lesson has contributed to my growth and success in real estate, and I look forward to continuing to improve and serve my clients with excellence.
